Get To Know Me

Hi, my name is Sarah Bankston. My favorite color is pink, my favorite food is canned frosting, my favorite movie is the animated Sleeping Beauty, and I love flamingos. 

I am a sophomore at Denison High School and these are some facts all about me. I am a competitive swimmer for Denison as well as my club team Metro Aquatics. I am a certified lifeguard with the American Red Cross as well as a Water Safety Instructor. I am also currently training to be a coach for the Denison Dolphins. I have been in love with the sport and the science behind it since I started 6 or 7 years ago.

I am in ASL at my school and all honors classes. I have wanted to be a teacher since I can remember. I hope to become a kindergarten teacher. This is my first year in TAFE and enjoyed being the club historian. I love getting to know my teachers and to help them feel appreciated. My favorite TAFE activity we have done this year is planning all the teacher appreciation days on our campus.
